It's a new year, and we have a lot to reflect on and to look forward to. Recently we celebrated a decade of Dance for Parkinson's!

Momenta, this original dance film, was commissioned in celebration of the milestone. It was co-created by Dance for Parkinson's participants with lived experience of Parkinson's, in collaboration with choreographer Ruth Brill, filmmaker Roswitha Chesher and composer Charlotte Harding. We hope you enjoy it!

We reflect on ten years of a beloved programme with pride and gratitude to all involved, and look forward to its exciting future.
